From the proven leaders in UTV exhaust performance, DMC has developed a true equal length, complete system for the RZR 800 S and RZR 800 4. This stepped diameter twin tube system incorporates Dyno proven equal/tuned length headers to create maximum performance, giving your RZR 800 S and RZR 800 4 unmatched power.

Instantaneous throttle response and acceleration are delivered via the Twin DMC mufflers for a mellow rumble unlike any other exhaust on the market. The DMC manufactured Twin muffler hanger assures strong, reliable installation.

They say, ?the proof is in the pudding?, and with torque rolling in at a 23.1% lb/ft increase and horsepower increased a whopping 19.85% it looks like there?s plenty of proof. *(with DMC EFI control)

Any time you exchange your stock exhaust system for a free-flowing exhaust system like the DMC Twin, you must also change fuel delivery to compensate, or risk engine and exhaust system damage due to lean air/fuel mixture. The proven way is the DMC EFI Control Module. This EFI controller utilizes our proprietary fuel map designed specifically for the RZR with DMC Twin exhaust, and provides optimum air/fuel delivery across the entire RPM range. This eliminates exhaust and engine damage from a lean condition as well as resulting in maximum horsepower and torque.

As with all DMC exhaust systems this system features ultra tough T304 Stainless Steel construction, hi-flow mandrel bent, stepped diameter headers and mid pipes, and Type III hard anodized Afterburner extruded mufflers that are easily rebuildable in minutes. DMC uses the highest quality packing material for maximum life and noise reduction.

Other features include the use of rubber mounted aircraft alloy, billet aluminum muffler brackets and removable USFS/USDA approved spark arrestors to keep Smokey the Bear happy.

It's specifically mapped to work in conjunction with your DMC Exhaust to deliver every ounce of torque and horsepower in a smooth and responsive power curve. It's fully adjustable with three simple buttons on the faceplate to adjust the fuel curve richer or leaner in each area of the map. Advanced engineering eliminates the need for complicated computer programs or interfaces. Everything is controlled directly on the EFI Control Module.
