DMC Track Support Program for Your Race Event

Are you organizing a race or awards banquet?

DMC wants to help make your event a success! The DMC Track Support Program offers visibility and support by providing promotional banners, flyers, stickers, gift certificates, and gear for legitimate race events. Simply review this entire page, complete the form below, and submit it. Remember to plan ahead and allow 10 working days for us to evaluate your event and send promotional items. Awards banquet requests will be considered only if DMC has been a series or season sponsor.
DMC will provide the following...
(8) Banners (reusable 48" x 48") per series
DMC Tri-Fold Color Flyers
DMC 4" Stickers
DMC Gift Certificates for paid entries
(6) DMC Hats
(6) DMC T-Shirts for track and staff workers
  Quantity of brochures, stickers, and gift certificates to be determined based on estimated number of riders and previous event attendance
   
Promoter will provide the following...
DMC Banners secured to track fencing, etc., in high visibility area
(1) DMC Flyer, (1) Sticker, (1) Gift Certificate to be distributed to each paid entry of sponsoring event
DMC will provide you with copy to be announced no less then 3 times during each race day over the public address system
Direct link from promoter's website to the DMC website for the duration of the sponsored event and a series
DMC Logo included on all event promotional ads, flyers, posters, apparel, etc. for the race series.
Digital images of podium celebrations or first turn with DMC Banners in the background emailed within one week of the end of the race or series.

Please complete the form as much as possible. Please allow us 10 days to review and process your request. In addition to the online form, we need to verify the event, so we require that you mail flyers, race programs, or other media from the previous year's event to: DMC Track Support, 930 Columbia Ave., Riverside, CA 92507. Be sure to reference the name of the race you are seeking support for.
